The mechanism

One injection that changes the joint

01

Bone-on-bone osteoarthritis

As cartilage wears, the joint space narrows and movement becomes painful.

02

Ultrasound-guided injection

A single injection places the polyacrylamide hydrogel precisely into the joint.

03

The hydrogel integrates

The non-degradable gel integrates with the synovial tissue lining the knee.

04

Cushioned, longer term

The joint is cushioned, with pain relief documented to five years in clinical studies.

How it works

From first call to lasting relief, in three steps

  1. Step 01

    Consultation & assessment

A physician reviews your diagnosis and imaging and confirms whether the treatment is appropriate for you. The consultation fee is included in the treatment price.

  2. Step 02

The treatment, in a single visit

A single ultrasound-guided hydrogel injection, completed in minutes, with a prophylactic antibiotic protocol and local anaesthetic. See the treatment page for the step-by-step.

  3. Step 03

    Recovery & follow-up

You return home the same day with a structured rehabilitation plan, and a follow-up appointment about one month later monitors your progress.
